We want you to love your Eira purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
60-Day Return Window We accept returns within 60 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shopeira.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Condition of Returned Items As our products are skincare tools intended for personal use, we can only accept returns on items that are unused and in their original, sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 60-day window
- Opened or used products (unless faulty)
- Items not in their original packaging
Return Shipping Costs Unless your item is faulty or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
