At Eira, every order ships free. Fully tracked. Worldwide. No minimum spend. No exceptions.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Tracking Your Order
Every Eira order includes full tracking as standard. No exceptions. You'll receive your unique tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse — giving you complete visibility from dispatch to doorstep.
International Customs & Duties
Eira ships worldwide from our warehouse. Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Eira has no control over these fees and is unable to predict or cover them.
Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Whilst we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Eira cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us immediately at info@shopeira.com with your order number and we'll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
