Eira is a trading name of Flashover Trading Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our products are sold exclusively through our Shopify store. If you have any questions, you can contact us at info@shopeira.com.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms of Service, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.
3. Our Products
Eira sells physical skincare tools, including body brushes and related accessories. Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or organisation at our sole discretion.
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is not formed until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if payment cannot be processed, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in your local currency where possible. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Eira does not store your payment card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not constitute a guarantee. Eira shall not be liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service and is available on our website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. As our returns policy offers 60 days, this exceeds your statutory minimum entitlement.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may not apply to opened or used skincare tools. This is consistent with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which permits this exception for goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return on health protection or hygiene grounds.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or within 6 months for a repair or replacement. After 6 months, the burden of proof shifts to the customer to demonstrate the fault existed at the time of delivery.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country's authorities. Eira has no control over these charges and cannot predict or cover them. Failure to pay customs charges resulting in a parcel being returned to us does not entitle you to a full refund of original shipping costs.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product photography, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Flashover Trading Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, introducing malicious code, or using it for any unlawful or harmful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website at any time.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. Eira is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.
13. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website and forms part of these Terms of Service. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
